You have to provide reference Images, a Link (Google-Cloud, iCloud, Dropbox or WeTransfer) or detailed Instructions.

Shipping

The original drawing can be shipped at additional cost. The service includes a high resolution Scan of the drawing.

Delivery Date

The duration of the Design Process depends on the complexity of the Project, so delivery can take up to 2 Weeks if not explicitly agreed to in advance.

Revisions

During the Design process there are certain Milestones where communication between misterhsindo.com and the Client can have influence on the Design Progress.
Additional Revisions are charged per hour with an hourly Rate of 50€.

Guarantee

There is no guarantee that the final Design will please you completely so there is no right to claim a refund or additional free revisions.
